I do understand that purchasing jewellery over the Internet is confusing and sometimes scary. With this in mind, I have set forth the following guarantees:

  • All of the Austrian high-quality Elements are original and genuine.
  • All of the Miyuki Japanese seed beads products are original and genuine.
  • All of the Czech Glass beads products are of the finest quality.
  • All Jewellery is made with care and fits the description.
  • All Handmade Jewellery is sold NEW. We do not sell used products.
  • Our client’s privacy is very important. Royal Panther Jewelry guarantee that NO information collected by us will be distributed or sold.
  • The damaged original pack is NOT returnable.

Each client has a 30 days inspection period (from the time the item has been shipped). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will refund your money, please make sure to keep your paid invoice (less shipping/insurance). Remember it’s only for non-custom orders.
Shipping & insurance fees are NOT refundable.

Warranties

During the 30 days inspection period, when you first receive your jewellery, please make sure you’ve checked it to make sure everything is in order.

Royal Panther prides itself on the service and the quality of the products. However, I do understand the difficulties of purchasing online and extend to all customers a generous 30-day return policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

To return an item back to Royal Panther, please follow these simple steps to ensure a proper refund.

Please contact us by Email to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. This number will be written on the outside of the box.

Place the jewellery you wish to ship back in a secure box and remember to include the INVOICE that came with the package. Please remember that shipping/insurance fees are not refundable.

Our return shipping address will be sent to you by email!

Once we receive your package, management will check the jewellery to make sure all is in order. If all is in order, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account or to your credit card which you will need to provide us with. Please allow up to 20 working days for the credit to appear on your account.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, non-sealed, packages will be returned to the sender. Items that show signs of use or have been in use, damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
